The identification envelope and the mailing envelope. I got so caught up in filling in the ID section that I slapped two stamps on it and threw it in the mail before finding I had the second envelope. The address on that ID envelope is your home address, so mine came back in plenty of time to resend it. If you wait until Monday, there will be no time if you forget the outer envelope.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
